Deflection appts. for laser light using the aquostic effect is manufactured as follows; 1) After Litium-niobate(LINBO3) (1) is covered with titanium (Ti) layer(2) by thermal expansion processing, crystal prism(3)(3') is adhered on the both sides of it and a piezo- electric transducer(8) is adhered on the one side of the crystal prism. 2) At the Ti. layer between the crystal prisms, optic wave guide is formed and the inter digital transducer(IDT) (5) is formed along the direction of wave guide. 3) a vertical and a horizontal deflection device is made in unity by IDT.
