PURPOSE:To prevent the overflowing and blowing-out of the developing agent from a tank by providing a facing area of the developing agent transporting member and the developing agent supplying member or the developing agent shading member where the tip is located at the rotating direction upstream side of the developing agent transporting member and contacting part of it to the developing agent transporting member. CONSTITUTION:In a developing agent shading member 12, which shades the flowing of the toner in the direction of an arrow, the tip 13 is located at a turning direction upstream side of a developing sleeve 6 higher than the facing area of the developing sleeve 6 and a supplying roller 5, the tip 13 and the adjoining part are brought into contact with the circumference surface of the developing sleeve 6 and the lower edge is fixed to a developing tank 1. Thus, a toner 3 is energized in the A direction of an arrow by the supplying roller 5, and even then, the action is regulated by the insulating member 12, and therefore, the toner does not flow in the A direction of an arrow, and the toner does not overflow and blow out to the outside of the tank 1. |
