A component carrier in the form of a printed-circuit board holding electrical and mechanical components (15, 17) comprises conductor tracks (25) which are electrically isolated from one another and have contacting holes (23) through which connecting ends (19) of the electrical and/or mechanical components (15, 17) can be pushed and soldered. In order to create a component carrier which is of considerably simpler construction, particularly in the case of less complex circuits, and in consequence can be produced considerably more cheaply, it is provided according to the invention that the conductor tracks (25) consist of separately formed or stamped components which are held on the insulating carrier (9). This is preferably done jointly with a chassis (1), which is electrically isolated from the conductor tracks and out of whose metal sheet the conductor tracks (25) are stamped (Figure 1). <IMAGE>
