PURPOSE:To obtain a fermented feed, particularly for raising fish, having a low fatality of improved variety to be raised, particularly raised fish and improved conversion factor and capable of preventing deterioration of meat quality, by incorporating an aquatic organic raw material, e.g. fish or cuttlefish, with a vegetable raw material and fermenting the resultant mixture. CONSTITUTION:A fermented feed obtained by incorporating 1pts.wt. at least one aquatic organic raw material selected from aquatic organisms, e.g. fish and cuttlefish, preferably cuttlefish entrails with a high protein content with 1.5-3pts.wt. vegetable raw material, e.g. rice bran, corn, defatted soybean or barley or wheat, adding 0.05-0.2pts.wt., based on 100pts.wt. resultant mixture, mold of the genus Aspergillus or Penicillium and yeast fungus of the genus Saccharomyces or Torula and fermenting the resultant mixture under heating in an opened state while evaporating the moisture. |
