PURPOSE:To prevent the titled device from being disused due to a fault of a nonuse block by displaying the result of test of each block depending on the discrimination of information whether or not each block is nonuse. CONSTITUTION:A test execution means 1 executes the test to each block of a tested section divided into plural blocks and sends the result to a test result discrimination means 2. The means 2 discriminates the test result received from the test execution means 1 by using the information representing whether a block is a nonuse block or not read from a nonuse range storage means 3 and sends information representing whether a fault is a detrimental fault or a non-harmful fault in a nonuse block to test result display means 4, which gives display such as a lamp or notice to a host device depending on the information received from the test result discriminating means 2. |
