PURPOSE:To simply set a necessary snoozing time, by providing a time setting circuit for setting the snoozing time of a snooze circuit corresponding to the intensity of impact by the output of a discrimination circuit and increasing or decreasing beating intensity corresponding to a sleeping state. CONSTITUTION:The output of a piezoelectric element 1 is supplied to a level discrimination circuit 2 and the intensity of impact beating a clock is discriminated from the output level of said element 1. The output setting the time corresponding to the intensity of impact is generated from a time setting circuit 3. The elapse time from snoozing operation is counted and, when coinciding with a snoozing time ST, output is again generated from a snooze circuit 4 to issue alarm sound. When the snoozing time is again set, the clock is again beaten and the snoozing time is set by the beating intensity. With respect to the relation between the intensity of impact and the snoozing time, for example, the snoozing time is set to 5min when the intensity of impact is weakest and set to 3min when slightly strong and set to 1min when strongest. Therefore, as beating intensity becomes stronger, the snoozing time becomes shorter and alarm can be certainly generated. |
