PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress difference in evaluation in a case a vehicle inevitably travels in wavelike motions.SOLUTION: When a wavelike travel occurs to a vehicle 1, information of the event of wavelike travel including the current position is collected in an operation information collection device 10 and the information is handed over to a PC 31 of a vehicle administrator 3. The PC 31 identifies a wavelike-travel spot from the received information, tallies the identified wavelike-travel spot for each spot of such occurrence, and based on the tally result determines, for example, a spot where the number of occurrences or its frequency of wavelike travel is high to be a necessary wavelike travel spot that necessitates a wavelike travel in operating the vehicle 1. Further, the PC evaluates a travel operation of a crew on the basis of a result of analysis of operational information collected at spots other than the necessary wavelike travel spot, and hands the information of the necessary wavelike travel spot over to the operation information collection device 10. Based on the collected operational information, if a spot where a wavelike drive has occurred is not the necessary wavelike travel spot, the operation information collection device 10 issues a warning of a wavelike travel by means of displaying on a display part 107. |
