PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning device and the like that eliminate the accumulation of toner on the periphery of a cleaning blade and appropriately replace the accumulating toner.SOLUTION: A cleaning device 16 of the present invention includes: a cleaning roller 21 that comes into contact with the surface of a photoreceptor drum 11 from above to rotate so as to remove a residual toner on the surface of the photoreceptor drum 11; a cleaning blade 22 that scrapes off the residual toner on the downstream side in the direction of rotation of the photoreceptor drum 11 with respect to the cleaning roller 21; a toner recovery body 23 that recovers the residual toner stored in a housing 20; and a movement mechanism 24 that moves the cleaning roller 21 between a first position P1 for removing the residual toner and a second position P2 for extruding the residual toner accumulated on a blade edge 32 toward the toner recovery body 23 on the cleaning blade 22 side with respect to the first position P1, while the cleaning roller 21 is in contact with the surface of the photoreceptor drum 11. |
