<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door lock device, capable of enhancing anti-theft property while surely setting a child lock mechanism to a non-transmission state during traveling of a vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: The door lock device comprises a latch mechanism 20, a lock mechanism 30, an electric motor 35, the child lock mechanism 40, a child lock actuator 45, and a control unit 50. The control unit switches the child lock mechanism to the non-transmission state when the vehicle speed is a predetermined threshold or more, switches the child lock mechanism to a transmission state when the vehicle speed is less than the threshold, and a gear is detected to be in a parking position without operation of a foot brake, and switches the lock mechanism to a lock state, upon receipt of a double lock instruction, while setting the child lock mechanism in the non-transmission state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
