As a further improvement to the electrical DC/DC voltage converter system which is described in the prior applications and is used for stepping DC voltages up or down, further brands and circuits are described having linear and rotary switches. In this case, the use of capacitor tetrodes, which are called splittings for short, will preferably be discussed as supplements to the main capacitors of the prior application, since they replace the earlier diodes and resistors which were used to improve efficiency and have the capability to raise the efficiency to virtually 100%. This is because they entirely prevent shunt paths and, in the same way as the main capacitors, pass their charge into the discharge circuit in a usable manner. In particular, the brand and production of the capacitor sets is discussed, for which purpose, on the one hand, the rod type is interpreted with layered discs and as a completely new version of the winding type. In the case of the latter, a bonded or printed circuit is also used for the purpose of producing groups of up to 1000 million (1 milliard) capacitors using an integrated bonding or printing process in fully automated bonding-printing and winding units as strip windings on a progressive assembly line, and of accommodating the complete strip windings of greater or lesser diameter up to 50 metres or more in an insulating housing onto whose bearing plate the rotary switch is centrally flanged and which controls four connections for the external low-voltage and high-voltage sources; a unit, by means of which ...
