PURPOSE:To form blocks having different characteristics on the same circuit by a simple method without forming an extra vacant space, by providing a capacitor element, which can be changed, along two sides, by which the shape of the block is fixed beforehand. CONSTITUTION:A capacitor element 4 is provided along two facing sides of a block frame, i.e., along a power source wiring 5a and a grounding wiring 5b. Other elements are not provided on the capacitor element 4 between two sides. When the area of the capacitor element 4 is changed and the electrostatic capacitance is increased or decreased, the shape of the capacitor element 4 is increased or decreased in the perpendicular direction with respect to the two sides. The designing is carried out in this way. The elements around the capacitor element 4 are moved in parallel by the amount of the increase or decrease in shape of the capacitor element 4. Therefore, it is not required to redesign the entire block, and a vacant space is not formed. |
