PURPOSE:To prevent an excess adhesives from being leaked externally by applying chamfering to the edge of the spacer bonding side at an outer peripheral and the edge of non-bonding side of the inner circumference at least four edges formed to a glass base and a reinforcement plate. CONSTITUTION:The glass base 1 is formed by a glass disc at the center of which a throughhole 1a is made and a slope form chamfering is applied to the edge 9 of the spacer bonding side at the peripheral and the edge 8 at the non-bonding side of the inner circumference. The chamfering width (c) of the slope shape is formed into an optional size within a range while straight line parts 11, 12 are formed to the inner circumference and peripheral of the glass base 1. In increasing the chamfering width (c), it is advantageous with respect to the prevention of leakage of excess adhesives, while there is a problem that the bonding area of the peripheral spacer 6 is decreased and the bonding strength is lowered, then it is adequate to select the width as 0.1-0.3mm taking the both into account.
