Circuit arrangement for transmitting communications signals

A circuit arrangement for operating TEMEX is indicated which, despite central power supply from the telecommunications network, does not interfere with telecommunications operation. An additional power source is provided for TEMEX centrally in the telecommunications network and the microprocessor present in the TEMEX equipment is powered, depending on the operating condition of the telecommunications network, either via a DC voltage transformer or a DC current transformer which is connected to the telecommunications line.
