The invention relates to an intraossal implant for fixing firmly-seated or removable dental prostheses, comprising two mutually connectable parts one of which is designed as a primary cylinder (10) which can be introduced into the jawbone and is anchored therein positively and/or non-positively and has a central longitudinal bore (11), and the other part is designed as a secondary cylinder (100) which has a pin (111) insertable in the longitudinal bore (11) of the primary cylinder (10) and retained therein, the pin being designed as a pivoting rod, carrying an upper module pipe 20 of a highly elastic material and being designed on its upper free end as a connection for the dental prosthesis, while its lower end is bonded to the primary cylinder, as a result of which an implant is obtained which comprises a primary cylinder and a secondary cylinder connected thereto, achieves positive and non-positive connection to the bone and ensures load-free stabilisation of the primary cylinder. <IMAGE>
