PURPOSE:To generate a maximum of n!-number of kinds of one-to-one correspondence random number tables by using a correspondence random number table and a table marked with use and unuse. CONSTITUTION:Input data 22, an encoding or decoding indication signal 23, and a key signal 24 are supplied to a buffer 25, an input/output controller 27, and a transposition table generating device 26 in an encoder 21 respectively. A transposition table generated by the device 26 is inputted to the controller 27, and the controller 27 takes out and transposes data 22 of the buffer 25 in accordance with the transposition table so that correspondence for encoding is opposite to that for decoding, and output data 28 is obtained. In the device 26, x=0 is set to generate normalized random numbers, and these numbers are multiplied by (n-x) and decimal fractions of results are omitted and one is added to results to obtain values R so that normalized random numbers correspond to n-number of integer elements, and marks of unuse are counted to select values of (y) corresponding to the R-th marks of unuse, and check columns are marked with use, and values of (y) are written in columns of (y) corresponding to (x) of the one-to-one correspondence random number table. |
