PURPOSE:To speed up the acceptance inspection processing at a member store by storing ordered goods and their number in a memory means attached to the member store so as to set them as a goods delivery data when each member store places an order. CONSTITUTION:When member stores 10a-10d have the demand of goods, order placing data is stored in a memory device. Upon the completion of inputting the order placing data, the memory device transmits said data to a supervisory store 12, which places the order of the package of necessary goods out of the order placing data to a corresponding customer 14. It transmits the ordered goods from the supervisory store 12 to the specified associates 10a-10d. They collate the delivered goods and their number with delivery schedule data, and hand a receipt to a delivery man. After the acceptance inspection of goods is completed, the result is reported to the supervisory store 12 when the actual goods are coincident with the data. If not, the lacked goods and their number are reported to the supervisory store 12. With this system, the transactions can be made without a delivery voucher, whereby desk work can be simplified. |
