The purpose of the present invention is to provide a stretching exercise device for easily, correctly, and safely relaxing torso and chest muscles to make an exact bilateral symmetric body not dislocated but balanced using own weight in a manner different from a conventional upper body rotating and stretching exercise device including stretching exercise. To achieve the objective of the present invention, an upper body rotating and chest stretching exercise device further includes a hip supporting stand for allowing hips not to move and a leg fixing stand for fixing to allow legs not to move when a user lies in one direction to stretch a user body, so as to conveniently, easily, correctly, and safely perform stretching exercise. In addition, the stretching device including the hip supporting stand and the leg fixing stand further includes a structure for exact bilateral symmetry capable of conducting measurement evaluation and performing rehabilitation by oneself without any assistance by solving various musculoskeletal problems caused by lengths of muscles and ligaments of a user body so as to stretch the body. In addition, the hip supporting stand and the leg fixing stand further includes mounting holes which may be used by moving to stretch the user body regardless of user body size. In addition, the hip supporting stand and the leg fixing stand further include mounding holes which may be used by correctly moving to allow correct exercise by fixing specific positions of spinal joints as well as diversity of sizes of the user body to stretch the user body. |
