PURPOSE:To produce dried or uncooked noodles having medicinal effect by a simple method, by mixing a medicinal component, e.g. aloe crystals, in the dried or uncooked noodles. CONSTITUTION:An aloe which has been known as a herbal medicine or folk medicine is powdered or cut into small pieces and mixed in buckwheat flour or wheat flour which is a raw material for dried or uncooked noodles in a stage of producing the noodles or an agent produced from the aloe is directly impregnated into the individual dried or uncooked noodles. The resultant noodles can be used as a food and have effect expectable as medicinal use at the same time. |
