Apparatus for determining the position relative to a line of an object moved in a game, especially an ice stick

An apparatus is disclosed by means of which the position in relation to a line of an object moved in a game can be determined in a simple fashion. The apparatus comprises a strip which is placed against the object, a peripheral surface of the said strip serving as a contact surface which is adapted to the circumferential surface of the object. The standing surface and contact surface of the strip are at right angles to one another. The position is determined by bringing the strip according to the invention into contact with the object in the disputed region of contact between the object and the strip. The path of the line is revealed at the foot of the contact surface of the strip.
