Apparatus for fitting knee prosthesis particularly of the internal and/or external single-compartment, internal or external trochleo-condylar type. The object of the invention relates to the technical field of medical sciences. The apparatus according to the invention comprises in combination a tibial device shaped to make the tibial cuttings at 90<o> and, for each knee, the apparatus also comprises, on the one hand, a femural sighting device (1-2) and a tibial sighting device (8-9-10) used in a fully extended state of the knee, and on the other hand, a condylar cutting template and a trochlear cutting template, positioned fixed at 90<o> with respect to the knee.
