Automatic production line for biscuit products

Complete device for producing biscuit products at rates of up to 16,000 (sixteen thousand) units per hour fully automatically. The production line is made up of the following units; - rolling 2 and 3; - dough folding 5; - cutting 13 and 14; - separation of dough pieces 16; - charging of the ovens 18; - baking of dough pieces 20; - stuffing of waffles 35 (optional). These mechanisms are all synchronised together. Speeds and the rate of production may be changed uniformly for the whole of the installation and continuously in order to achieve 16,000 (sixteen thousand) waffles per hour. This automatic production line requires only one person to be present to supervise the whole production process. <IMAGE>
