PURPOSE:To make it possible to deal with easily multi-position control or sensor control, by providing a control terminal part to which an external control means to control the operation of a ventilation fan from outside is connected. CONSTITUTION:A control terminal part 5 is provided to which an external control means such as an external controller 6a and an extended operating part 6b, etc. which control the operation of a ventilation fan 1 from outside is connected, while a lamp 2 for localized lighting of a range part can be conrolled by means of a control circuit part 3. The control circuit part 3 which controls the ventilation fan 1 and the lamp for lighting 2 is adapted to change over the operation of said circuit successively in response to ON pulse signal produced by ON operation of operation switches S1-S4; therefore, operation switches S1-S4 can be easily, parallelly added, so that by merely connecting operation switches for extension to the terminals T1-T8 of the control terminal part 5, additional installation of external operation means can be easily achieved without changing a circuit configuration of the control circuit part 3.
