The invention relates to a tricuspid valvular prosthesis, comprising a tubular body 10 and three deformable flaps interacting in order to ensure the leaktightness under the effect of a back pressure. According to the invention, each flap is made in the form of an elastically deformable membraneous vault 20 in the general shape of a curvilinear triangle having its base 21 connected to the wall of the tubular body and its sides forming lateral rims 22 joined with the lateral rims of the adjacent vaults, and extended in the downstream direction by contiguous, flat, radially extending lips 30 with their peripheral edge 31 connected to the wall of the tubular body along a generatrix of the latter. <IMAGE>
