PURPOSE:To prevent an unnecessary current from flowing, by connecting switching elements in parallel between a signal line and a point of a prescribed potential and controlling the one element with the execution of a prescribed instruction and the other with an output of an inverter in an input circuit where a switch is connected directly. CONSTITUTION:In inputting data applied to an input terminal 5 by the switch 9, the switching element 14 is turned on when an instruction setting an R-S flip- flop 16 is executed at first. When the switch 19 is opened in this case, the switching element 15 is turned on. On the other hand, when the switch 19 is closed, the switching element 15 is turned off. In executing an input instruction in this state, a gate 10 is conductive with a control signal and an output of an inverter 8 is transmitted to a data bus 9. After a gate 10 is interrupted with the end of execution of the instruction, the control signal is outputted by executing the instruction resetting the R-S flip-flop 16 and it is reset. |
