<p>This connector consists of a socket body equipped with contact blades. The conductors are positioned in the same plane and on the same side of the socket body in a random order, after having memorised their identification. Contact blades, which are all different as far as their crimping zone position is concerned and have been chosen as a function of the memorised configuration of the wires, are placed in a location and in a predetermined order, independent of the position of the conductors. Each blade is crimped to a different conductor according to the principle of nodes of an orthogonal matrix. The means for using this method comprise, in co-operation: a device for recognising (TX) and for memorising (MT) the identification of each conductor, a device P1 for putting the identified conductors in place, a device for choosing (XL) and for putting into place (P2) the contact blades connected by crimping to their specific conductor. <IMAGE></p> |
