A portable table for a wheelchair (12) storable adjacent the frame (17) of the wheelchair (12). The portable table is attached to the frame (17) of the wheelchair (12) and includes a tilting device (22, 34, 36) for varying the angle of the table top (10) relative to the horizontal. The table top (10) is also slidably connected to the wheelchair frame (17) enabling lateral movement. The table top includes foldable sections (48) held together by a magnetic retaining device (52) until the sections are separated by the user. |
