The subject of the invention is a device for connecting the ends of wires for winding a stator coil of an electric motor, in particular a motor with exterior armature, to the conductors of a connection cable, using an insulating disc fixed to the front insulation shaft between the coil of the stator and the flange of the motor, and to which disc are fixed the free ends to be connected to the ends of the wires for winding, in particular by welding, and which ends are guided through the insulating disc and along its upper face away from the coil of the stator, connection members 19 being fixed to the ends of the conductors 15 which, starting from the lower face 20 of the insulating disc 12 situated opposite the coil 3 of the stator, pass through and are locked within openings of the insulating disc 12, in such a way that their ends project vertically with respect to the upper face 22 of the insulating disc 12 and can be connected to the ends of the wires for winding. <IMAGE>
