The body(11) has a liquid inhale hole(9), a discharging hole (16), a internal wall which devides the pump space(31), a shaft hole portion(30), and a valve hole(44). The pump cartridge(15) is provided in the pump space. One of the side plate(32) devides the pressure room(21) of the discharging portion in the pump space and the other side contacts with the pump cartridge side, which is arranged closely with the opened plane of the body. The rotating shaft is mounted through the shaft hole in the pump cartridge. A flow control valve(17), which is connected with the pressure room(2) through the valve hole(44), controls the delivered flow from the pressure room of the discharging portion.
