The device (10) has a coupling element (20), and a fluid-damper comprising a damping cylinder and a piston rod (32). A tension spring designed as a helical spring is attached to the coupling element, and an elastic element designed as a vibration damper works on the tension spring. The tension spring is arranged in a spring retainer of a housing (12). The elastic element applies transverse force on a part of spring windings and arranged in an area surrounded by the tension spring. The elastic element is made from felt material or water-repelling fibers. |
