Floor rail for the guidance of sliding-door elements, especially for a bath or shower partition, which are movable horizontally in parallel planes and which run suspended in a head rail, the said floor rail consisting of a part to be arranged fixedly, with a run-off surface, and of a movable part which is mounted underneath the run-off surface of the fixedly mounted part so as to be adjustable in a vertical plane on the latter and which is connected to adjusting members which are mounted in recesses provided in the fixed part of the floor rail and which are provided with actuating handles on the side of the floor rail facing away from the bath or shower interior, and the said movable part having or, together with the fixed part, forming a guide groove for the guidance of guide members attached to the lower end of the sliding-door elements.
