Solid-walled folding trestle intended to serve as advertising medium, giving the impression of a book. The invention is in the field of household goods and advertising media, as well as street furniture. It comprises two faces 1, two sides 2, a support strip 3 and an internal structure 5 (consisting here of two truncated pyramids) intended to provide the major part of the rigidity of the trestle. Articulation lines 6, 7, 8 and 9 as well as some edges of the truncated pyramids allow the trestle to be folded flat. The device according to the invention is primarily intended to be produced in cardboard or in plastic. The sides 2 being covered over with graphics giving the impression of the pages of a book, the faces 1 may themselves reproduce the covering of a book. In its internal structure 5, the invention may cover over the trestles already existing on the market. <IMAGE>
