PURPOSE:To exert shock elimination and dampability more effectively, by utilizing the compression characteristic of seal air and the compression characteristic of a viscoelastic material, and further increasing restriction area owing to a complicated configuration. CONSTITUTION:Projected portions in which air is sealed and recessed portions which are made of only a film are alternately disposed on a film base. And a viscoelastic material 2 is filled to the recessed portions and/or all the surfaces of the film base. The ratio of the air capacity of the projected portions and the viscoelastic material which is filled to the recessed portions of the film base is preferably projected portions : recessed portions = 2:8-8:2. If the projected portions become smaller than this range, raw materials cost high, and stability tends to become worse. If the projected portions become bigger conversely, the cost of the raw materials becomes lower, but the destructive danger of air chambers is raised. The projected portions are 2-10mm high, and are preferably 2-4mm high. |
