[Problem] To provide a compact circularly polarized wave antenna while obtaining the desired antenna properties. [Solution] A circularly polarized wave antenna 10 equipped with: an antenna substrate 20 having a flat film conductor formed thereon for transmitting and receiving a circularly polarized wave, and a cavity provided in the antenna substrate 20 surface that is opposite the emission surface thereof. When viewing the cavity in the depth direction, the cavity overlaps at least part of the flat film conductor. The length in at least one direction of the cavity is shorter than the half-wave length of the circularly polarized wave. |
