PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a precise optical sensor calibration method, and a three-dimensional coordinate measuring instrument.SOLUTION: A calibration method of an optical sensor at least includes: a step S2 of acquiring first measurement data by measuring a reference work by a contact type sensor of a three-dimensional coordinate measuring instrument having a reference position; a step S4 of acquiring second measurement data by measuring the reference work by the optical sensor of the three-dimensional coordinate measuring instrument having a reference position; and a step S8 of calculating a calibration value to the optical sensor based on the first measurement data and the second measurement data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8 |
