PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an old connection member with a plasticized region to be replaced readily with a new connection member without a plasticized region, without damaging a part of a pair of aseismatic walls.SOLUTION: A connection member 21 is connected with an aseismatic wall 2 by having upper and lower wedge members 32, 33 overlapped and pressed into a gap in a top part between a cut-out part 11 and both edge parts of the connection member 21, so as to prevent cluttering in a vertical direction at both edge parts of the connection member 21 with regard to the cut-out part 11. Then, the wedge members 32, 33 are removed from the gap by applying force greater than the pressing force on either or both of the wedge members 32, 33, while preventing cluttering in the vertical direction at both edge parts of the connection member 21 with regard to the cut-out part 11. Thus, the old connection member 21 having a plasticized region caused by an earthquake may be replaced readily with the new connection member 21 without a plasticized region, without damaging a part of a pair of the aseismatic walls.
