THE METHOD OF MANUFACTURING OF LUBRICATING OIL

Base lubricating oils with low pour points are manufactured by treatment of 88g of raffinate in dewaxing agent with H at 288≦̸C and 3549 KPa for 130min in a shaker bomb. The dewaxing agent was 35:65 wt.% of Al2O3-ZSM5 Ni-exchanged zeolite. The dewaxed raffinate (88g) is treated with H in the presence of a catalyst, which consists of 5 wt.% Ni oxide-17 wt.% MoO3 in 15:85 wt.% of ZSM-5-Al2O3 at 268≦̸C and 3549 KPa for 130min. Product gives to -12≦̸C, pour point, 0.1 of bromine valence, 93.2 of viscosity and 0.49 wt.% of sulfur.
