<p>PURPOSE:To always load a recording medium cassette into a cassette holder in the normal direction by providing a mis-loading regulating member blocking the loading of the recording medium cassette while being abutted against the side face of the cassette case when the recording medium cassette is loaded in a direction other than the normal direction. CONSTITUTION:The thickness of the front edge of the cassette case 2 is thinner than that of the other parts and the difference of shape is formed by the connection of slope faces. Then the mis-loading regulating member 18 blocking to the loading of the cassette 1 by abutting against the side face of a cassette case 2 if the recording medium cassette 1 is loaded in a direction other than the normal direction, by utilizing the partial shape difference, is provided. Thus, the loading of the recording medium cassette into the cassette holder is always applied in the normal direction without provision of special detecting means to detect the direction of the cassette.</p> |
