PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition for a tire for improving low heat generation property and mechanical characteristics.SOLUTION: There is provided a rubber composition for a tire obtained by blending 30 to 80 pts.wt. of carbon black based on 100 pts.wt. of a rubber component which is a rubber component containing 40 wt.% or more of a natural rubber and/or an isoprene rubber, 30 to 100 wt.% of a masticated rubber masterbatch in which 0.3 to 5.0 wt.% of a specific compound represented by the general formula (i) is coexisted with 100 wt.% of a diene-based rubber optionally including a butadiene rubber and a styrene-butadiene rubber and a total of 70 to 0 wt.% of a butadiene rubber, a styrene-butadiene rubber, a natural rubber and an isoprene rubber and contains a total 30 to 100 wt.% of a natural rubber and an isoprene rubber, optionally a total of 30 to 0 wt.% a butadiene rubber and optionally a total of 40 to 0 wt.% of a styrene-butadiene rubber.SELECTED DRAWING: None
