PURPOSE:To produce, a sheet with suckers conveniently, by adhering temporarily a thick sheet having a number of perforated ions on a base sheet, pouring a curable liquid resin in the perforations, curing the resin and then peeling the temporarily adhered thick sheet off. CONSTITUTION:A cross-linked 30-fold-foamed polyethylene sheet 3 having perforations whose thickness is 3 mm is temporarily adhered on a base sheet 1 by means of heat lamination. The size of the perforation is not especially limited, but it is preferably selected in a range of 2-20mm. The thickness of the thick sheet 3 is selected in accordance with the height of suckers to be prepared. A two pack type urethane curable stock 5 is uniformly poured into the perforation of the temporarily adhered two layer sheets and is cured. When the curable liquid resin is cured, the central part of the perforation is most deeply depressed due to the surface tension and the curing speed of the resin to form a spherical concave. Therefore, when the thick sheet 3 is peeled off, standing cylindrical parts formed at the parts or the perforations 4 assume sucker form and a sheet with suckers can be thereby obtained. |
