PURPOSE:To realize driving of wire having an excellent vibration damping performance against rebounding of wire and a high speed stability, by holding a movable member at a non-operatable position through a return spring and a stopper, and forming the lower section of the stopper with a permanent magnet While forming the upper section thereof with a rubber-like resilient member. CONSTITUTION:When power is fed to a coil 20, a movable member 26 and a plunger 27 are attracted to a core 18 so as to project a wire 15. When power is interrupted from the coil 20, the movable member 26 and the plunger 27 are reset by a return spring 30 to a non-operatable position where said plunger 30 contacts with a stopper 31. The stopper 31 has the lower section formed with a permanent magnet 36 and the upper section formed with a rubber like resilient member 37. The movable member 26 is attracted to the permanent magnet 36 and returned when it collides against the stopper 31 and separated therefrom. Consequently, rebounding of the movable member 26 and the wire 15 is prevented, and a stable recording operation can be ensured. |
