PURPOSE:To eliminate mechanical wear and deterioration by arranging detection coils which detect the displacement of a magnetic spherical body and ferromagnetic fluid, exciting coils which apply constant magnetic fields to them, and holding coils which hold the spherical body in a container in groups on both sides of a container. CONSTITUTION:The detection coils 4 and the inverse of 4, and 4A and the inverse of 4A which detect the displacement of the ferromagnetic fluid 2 and the magnetic spherical body 3 in it, the exciting coils 4 and the inverse of 4, and 4A and the inverse of 4A which apply the constant magnetic fields to the detection coils, and holding coils 6 and the inverse of 6, and 6A and the inverse of 6A which generate magnetic forces for holding the magnetic spherical body 3 are grouped. A G sensor applies the constant magnetic fields to the detection coils by the exciting coils during operation and detects variation in the magnetic reluctance of a magnetic circuit caused by the displacement of the magnetic spherical body and magnetic fluid in the presence of parallel acceleration on a center axis differentially by the detection coils to detect the direction and magnification of the acceleration. |
