PURPOSE:To enable the whole structure to be simplified, by enabling the rotation of a guide member transmitted by the engaging action between a bearing body and a shaft member, and forming the guide member and the bearing body into an incorporated structure. CONSTITUTION:Bearing bodies 3 are arranged right and left so as to be opposite in a housing part 2, and live ball parts 5a arranged right and left in a ring shape and housed in two resin-made retainers 4 respectively are made to be penetrable by through holes 6, and releasing ball parts 5b are enabled to be retained by recessed parts 7. Thus, by the engaging action between the live ball parts 5a of the bearing bodies 3 and the engaging rolling grooves 16 of a shaft member 15, a guide member 1 is enabled to transmit rotation and to guide the linear motion along the shaft member 15. Accordingly, the guide member 1 and the bearing bodies 3 form an incorporated structure, and hence the simplification of the whole structure as well as the miniaturization can be achieved.
