PURPOSE:To prevent sticking of the titled toner with a sheet of a soft vinyl chloride polymer, while maintaining the characteristics of the toner by incorporating a polymer which contains an imide contg.-vinyl monomer shown by a specific formula as a constituting component to the titled toner as a binding resin. CONSTITUTION:The titled toner contains the polymer composed of the vinyl monomer which contains the imide group and is shown by formula I, as the binding agent resin, thereby it is prevented to stick the toner with the soft vinyl chloride polymer sheet, while maintaining the characteristics of the toner such as an image density, an antifogging property and an antiblocking property, etc. Thus, the generation of troubles such as a defective setting, etc., is prevented, even in case of preserving a printed matter which uses the titled toner, for long period, interposing said printed matter between the soft vinyl chloride polymer sheets. In the formula, R1 is hydrogen atom or methyl group, R2 is 1-6C alkylene group, R3 is any one of the groups shown by formula II, R4-R11 are each hydrogen atom or 1-3C alkyl group, etc., R12 is -CH2- group, etc., R13-R15 are each hydrogen atom or 1-5C alkyl group. |
