PURPOSE:To prevent a sensitive magnetic material from being peeled from a substrate, by loading the sensitive magnetic material on a recessed housing part formed on the surface of the substrate at the edge of a hole for inserting a spindle. CONSTITUTION:A spindle inserting hole 11 is provided in the center of the substrate 12, and the sensitive magnetic material 15 is loaded on the recessed housing part formed with an inner peripheral side projection 17 and an outer peripheral side projection 18 on the surface of the substrate 12 at the edge of the hole. Therefore, it can be evaded that the sensitive magnetic material receives shearing stress between an information recording medium even when it is fixed magnetically and driven rotatably on the driving part of a player. In such a way, it is possible to nearly prevent the sensitive magnetic material from being peeled from the substrate due to a cause generated by the shearing stress. |
