LEAD WIRE WINDING DEVICE

The device is used for winding the lead wires (6) of circuit elements such as capacitors (5) around the base plates (2) of electronic components such as intermediate-frequency transformers or pulse one of the electric components having terminal pins (3) on its base plates and a lead wire moving mechanism movable upwardly and downwardly around the electric component on the holder. A clip (13) grips one of the lead wires, and a clip operating mechanism closes and opens the clip. Pref. the rotatable holder is connected to a driving source via a clutch and is supported by arms secured to an intermittently rotatable index table.
