Method of making an insulated enclosure 1, having glass fibre walls. Firstly a double-envelope closed enclosure is made 2, 3 which is installed in a casing 12 made of concrete comprising formwork dismantling panels 17 disposed between the enclosure and the concrete, the inside of the enclosure is pressurized, after having checked that the envelopes are leak-proof, and a liquid insulating foam is injected into the volume 19 inside the envelopes and, after expansion of the foam, several formwork dismantling panels 17 are removed in order to release the enclosure 1 from its casing; then a portion of area is cut out of the side wall 7 to form an access door. <IMAGE>
