MANUFACTURE OF SUPERCONDUCTOR DEVICE

PURPOSE:To provide a uniform superconductive film of oxide type prepared through coating and baking by performing reaction of carbonates with metal salt of different elements consisting a superconductor of oxide type and obtaining an organic solution containing the carbonates consisting of these elements in a specified content. CONSTITUTION:Carbonates are reacted with metal salt of different elements constituting a superconductor of oxide type in a solution with at least one of the elements dissolved to prepare an organic solution containing carbonates consisting of the elements to constitute superconductor of oxide type in a certain content. This organic solution is coated on a base, and the carbonates consisting of the elements are pyrolyzed by heating the obtained film. Then an oxide superconductor film is formed through heat treatment at a temp. 700-1000 deg.C in oxygen-containing atmosphere. Ths enables easy forming of an oxide supercon ductor film on the base, wherein the film will have uniform thickness and compo sition to ensure that there is little risk of film separation in the yielded supercon ductor device even under refrigerating cycles.
