PURPOSE: To obtain a house having energy saving effect and good habitability by installing a cover member with a ventilating fan at the ventilating hole in a ridge portion communicating with an attic space and forming a ridge ventilating device having the cover member covered with the main body of the ridge ventilating device. CONSTITUTION: In a house 1 with an air cycle construction, a ventilating hole communicating with an attic space 19 in the ridge portion is provided, a cover member 14 with ventilating fan 15 in the ventilation hole is installed, and the cover member 14 is covered with the main body 11 of the ridge ventilation device and the ridge ventilation device 10 is formed. In this way, the air cycle can be performed definitely so that cool air can be obtained in summer season, dehumidification can be performed in a moist season and a warm house 1 can be obtained in winter by preventing the leakage of warm air from the ridge ventilation hole in winter. |
