<p>A power connector element (1) for establishing of electrical connection between a busway and an outgoing or incoming electrical cable (3), generally via a multiphase coupler (8), consists of a unit (1) configured as one piece comprising a number of parallel, massive conductors disposed at a distance from one another and having connection parts at both ends, said conductors being moulded into a common electrically-insulating moulding body, so that only the connection parts are outside.
