Two single-axle units on a jointly rotatable substructure, the left-hand unit rotating clockwise, the right-hand unit rotating counter-clockwise, each unit, however, being independent in terms of the drive. The wind protection offers the returning blades of the two units protection from the contrary wind and leads the diverted airflow directly to the recesses of all of the blades of the two aggregates. By this means, the number of pulses is increased and begins earlier, and the air flow on both sides of the units is also concentrated. The drawings demonstrate the upper part of the plant, at the front and rear of the vertical supporting columns having the longitudinal and transverse connections. The wind protection is fastened on the front longitudinal connections but is illustrated without struts.
